Q: When will my order be ready?

A: All of our products are made fresh to order. Please allow up to 5 business days for order fulfillment.


If you've selected pick-up, you will receive an email when your order is ready for pickup with pick-up instructions.

Local Delivery

If you've selected local delivery, we will text you when the order is ready to arrange a drop off date/time.

Standard Shipping

If you've selected standard shipping, you will receive an email with a tracking number when your order is completed and has been shipped out 

Please allow 3-5 business days for shipping.


Q: How do I store my Treatzees?


Dehydrated Treats can be stored in their airtight packages, and kept in a cool dry place, away from any moisture. Please ensure that your hands are completely dry when handling dehydrated treats to avoid moisture being reintroduced to the bag.

Frozen Treats can be stored in the freezer in their containers, or transferred to your own freezer-safe bags/containers.

Biscuits can be stored in their packages, and kept in a cool dry place, away from any moisture. Once opened, biscuit packages may be left slightly unzipped to allow adequate airflow and to keep the biscuits dry. Please ensure that your hands are completely dry when handing the biscuits to avoid moisture being introduced to the bag.

Q: What shipping company do you use?

A: We ship out all orders through Chit Chats Canada

Q: How long does shipping take?

A: Standard shipping through Chit Chats is 2-5 business days

Q: What do I do if I don't receive my order?

A: Please use the tracking number provided on your order to track your package. If your package does not arrive by the estimated delivery date, please contact us so that we may investigate and resolve the issue.

Q: Do you offer local delivery?

A: Yes, we offer free local delivery for $5 (free on orders over $20) to addresses within a 10km radius (enter your delivery address to check eligibility)

Please feel free to contact us if you would like local delivery but the option is unavailable at checkout. We may be able to arrange something for you!


Q: Do you offer custom orders?

A: Yes we do! We offer custom orders for all sorts of occasions. You may choose what is included in your order (what meats / biscuits), and how it is presented. We will work with you to bring your vision of your pup's pawty to life. 

Every order includes full custom packaging, and a special custom made label designed specifically for your pup's special event.

To get started, please fill out our Custom Pawty Pack form and we will be in contact with you soon to discuss your vision.

Q: What is the turnaround time?

A: We ask that as much notice as possible be provided, but MAY be able to accommodate rush orders. Please contact us with any requests.

Our standard turnaround time for Custom Pawty Packs is 5-7 days.

Q: Is there a minimum order?

A: The minimum order for Custom Pawty Packs is 10 Packs. 

If fewer than 10 packs is required (ie. smaller pawty), we will still be able to work with you, but may include a small order fee.
